At Gropad, we respect your right to control your personal information. You may request to delete your account at any time. Users who signed up with Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or Phone Number must delete their accounts directly through the mobile app by going to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This ensures a secure and verified process tied to your chosen sign-in method.
If you created your Gropad account using an email and password, you may request deletion through our web form or by contacting Support. In these cases, we will ask you to provide your Gropad login credentials so that we can securely access your account and complete the deletion on your behalf.
By providing your login credentials, you grant Gropad permission to enter your account solely for the purpose of deleting it. We pledge that your credentials will only be used for this deletion process, will not be misused, and will not be used to view sensitive information. Once the deletion is complete, your account and associated data will be permanently removed.
